I didn’t keep track of my calories over the weekend–since I had a fair amount of mouth-watering BBQ–but we did try to make some healthy options to go along with it and tried not to overdo it.

I also swam for a while on Saturday (not a cardio swim, but I’m sure I burned some calories) and had a reeeeeeeeeally good workout at the gym on Sunday.

Exercise: 30 min. elliptical, 15 min. bike, 100 crunches, and 40 additional minutes of chest, biceps, and back.
